Prerequisites For Family Visa Renewal In Dubai

  • The sponsor should have a valid residency permit. It is possible for an employee working in the UAE to renew his/her dependents, provided they meet certain conditions, such as having a minimum salary of Dhs4000 or 3,500Dhs and becoming an employee of the company.
  • Approved medical test report for all those who are above 18 years for each sponsored.
  • Form for renewing the Emirates ID – you must first renew your Emirates ID before you can renew your residence visa.
  • Certificate or Health Insurance Card – In Dubai, health insurance is mandatory, and family members are required to have at least basic health coverage

  2. Sponsor passport & residence visa page (at least minimum 6 months validity).
  3. Partner/ Investor visa holder should attach Company, Trade License Copy list, MOA
  4. Valid Salary Certificate, if the sponsor is a Government/Semi-government/Free zone Employee.
  5. Valid Labor Contract (issued by MOHRE), if the sponsor work in Private Sector.
  6. Passport Copies (Color) of Sponsored (at least minimum 6 months validity) + one latest photograph studio type (white background) Medical test result
